A family-run Central Florida operation that has turned Cuban comfort food and cafecito into a proper local habit, open breakfast through dinner every day. The Zaza Cubano is the flagship — pressed, and enthusiastic about its cheese — with media noche, pan con bistec and a Casa egg sandwich beside it. Off the plates: vaca frita with maduros, black beans and white rice, palomilla steak, beef and chicken empanadas, ham croquettes. Regulars come as much for the coffee and the guava-and-cheese pastry as for the meal. Go early; the rooms fill and the parking does not stretch.
