ZEKE'S ROADHOUSE – Restaurant
Zeke's is a closet-sized bar on Lincoln Road that spills out into a large stretch of outdoor seating, which is rather the whole point: you sit, you drink, you watch the road go by. The draw is the beer, draft and bottled, at four or five dollars with tax already folded in, which in South Beach borders on a clerical error. Food stays deliberately minimal, down to a kosher hot dog with chips and a soda. It is cash only. Regulars praise staff who actually know the list, and a soundtrack of old vinyl running ska and cha-cha-cha. A dive that earned its reputation honestly.
