ZEN BAR & GRILL – Restaurant

A Latin-Asian mash-up on North Military Trail that opens in the evening and works as much like a venue as a restaurant, with art nights, comedy, karaoke and DJs running late. The kitchen swings both ways with conviction: teriyaki-glazed skirt steak and Korean street tacos on one side; churrasco, lomo saltado and trifongo on the other, plus hibachi rice, burgers, loaded hot dogs and crisp empanadas. Diners single out the shrimp tacos and the room itself, which is prettier and more considered than the address suggests. Come for dinner, stay because the night keeps going.
