East Pasco County's first brewery opened in the autumn of 2016 and still brews everything on tap in-house in small kettles, which is why the draft list keeps moving. Regulars on the board include Hook Turn Pale Ale, Black Creek Lager, Paulie's Other Blonde, Dean Dairy Stout on nitro and Captain Jeffries Cream Ale, with ciders in blackberry and mango habanero, plus wine and seltzers for the rest of the table.
