Personal ten- to twelve-inch pies come out of the window in classic and specialty builds, including a Mexican street corn version, with vegan cheese available and wings, pizza cups and crème brûlée alongside. The flour is imported from Italy. Find them parked at Backyard Social in Fort Myers. For coeliac diners who had given up on pizza, it is a genuine reprieve.
