A neighbourhood Chinese kitchen on North Hiatus Road in Cooper City, built for takeout containers and family-size orders rather than long dinners out. Open with a pu pu platter, boneless spare ribs or krabmeat rangoon, then the classics played straight: General Tso's chicken, sesame chicken, bourbon chicken, triple delight, orange beef, shrimp with lobster sauce, hot and sour soup. Egg foo young, Singapore mei fun and the lunch specials round it out, and there is boba and Thai iced tea at the counter. Regulars say it arrives hot and freshly made, seasoned with more care than the average. Closed Tuesdays.
