1111 NIKKEI – Restaurant

Dinner only, in the Pinecrest Town Center plaza, in the room that traded for years as 1111 Nikkei Izakaya and now works under a different name. Chef Martin Monteverde opened Alma here in 2026, cooking Spanish and Greek coastal food with Peruvian and Latin American accents. Begin with yuccas bravas, steamed mussels or grilled octopus; stay for braised veal shank, lobster macaroni or coconut salmon. The kitchen leans on fresh seafood, classic technique and colour rather than novelty. Alma means soul, and the menu is built around dishes that carry family history. Doors open at half past five for dinner.
