Order a burrito in two sizes, or a bowl, tacos, nachos, a twelve-inch quesadilla or a salad. Load it with steak, carnitas, pinto or black beans, corn salsa, guacamole and queso; finish with cinnamon chips, churros or the outrageous Cookierito. Every store opens at ten-thirty, seven days a week. Fast food, minus the resignation.
