The company has been at this for nearly three decades, and the method is the point: no colouring agents, no artificial additives, just gelato and sorbet churned to order. Flavours run long, from stracciatella, gianduia and bacio to guava, mango, mint chip and passion fruit, with sugar-free chocolate and hazelnut for anyone counting. Beyond the case sit coppas layered with fruit and whipped cream, shakes, smoothies, Italian espresso and a light gourmet menu of focaccia and panini. Gelato, not ice cream. There is a difference.
