5TH ELEMENT INDIAN CATERING – Restaurant

Baymeadows Road at midday, and the buffet line is already moving. 5th Element runs a full dine-in Indian restaurant here, with a kitchen that reaches from Punjab to Andhra: butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, goat curry, shrimp pepper fry, Apollo fish, palak paneer, malai kofta, dal makhani, bhindi masala. South Indian idly, medu wada and Mysore bonda turn up alongside samosas, tandoori chicken and lamb seekh kebab. Biryanis, clay-oven breads and desserts finish it. The weekday buffet runs eleven to half two, weekends to three, and the same kitchen packs catering trays citywide. Spice levels come as asked.
