87 PARK CAFE – Restaurant

At the foot of the Eighty Seven Park tower on Collins Avenue, in Miami Beach's quieter North Shore stretch, this is a walk-in cafe pitched at people who have just come off the sand. The menu stays light and Mediterranean-leaning: guacamole with corn tortilla chips, avocado toast on sourdough with pickled onion and watermelon radish, a Mykonos salad with organic feta and Greek olives, cobb, chicken caesar wraps, a double-patty smash burger, tuna on ciabatta. Daily specials push further, into salmon carpaccio, pappardelle bolognese and lemon-caper branzino. Smoothies, gelato and a kids' menu round it out. Afternoons only, most days.
