Gainesville's branch of a wing kitchen founded in Atlanta in 2008 and now seventeen strong across the Southeast, working on one promise: cooked-to-order food at fast-food speed. Wings arrive tossed or dry-rubbed in lemon pepper, honey lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, honey hot, honey mustard, sweet chili, Carolina gold, teriyaki and barbecue, mild or hot. Order them with fries, or move sideways to a Philly cheese sandwich smothered with onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese, chicken tenders, or a fried fish or shrimp basket. Combos are built for a table. No drive-thru, because nothing is precooked. Come for wings, stay for sauces.
