Start with the dip sampler of chile con queso, queso diablo and guacamole, or the bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp. Then Los Mejores de la Casa, pork tenderloin abrigada, chicken tampiquena, a fajita trio, or pescado parrilla with sea bass, tilapia or mahi under guerrero, veracruz or mojo de ajo.
