A small counter-service brunch room on NW 10th Avenue in Gainesville, trading since 2017, open Thursday through Monday with a to-go window that lifts an hour before the dining room. The kitchen sends crispy potatoes under garlic confit, onion creme, lime and herbs; a seasonal Dutch baby; the Afternoon hash with brown butter hollandaise; and an egg and potato burrito with queso fresco and salsa negra. Toasts come whipped feta or mushroom. Sammys include Rickys BLT and a turkey club on house-cured bacon. Bacon is cured and smoked in-house. Parties above six are a stretch in a room this size.
