AJI LIMO – Restaurant
A Peruvian dining room on West Spruce Street, a short hop from Tampa International, opened in 2022 and built on tradition rather than trend. Aji Limo anchors its menu on ceviche and the grill: pulpo a la parrilla, fried calamari, crisp yuca, plantain cups filled with steak, seafood risotto and sauteed beef. Chicha morada, the purple-corn drink, gets poured alongside. Dessert runs to passion fruit pie, lemon meringue tart and Peruvian shortbread cookies. The room is set up for families and long tables. Diners return again and again to the freshness of the fish and the size of the plates.
