The Pine Island Road outpost of a family-run Peruvian group that has been feeding Cape Coral and Lee County for years, cooking to recipes carried from Peru and plating them in portions built for sharing. Ceviche is the anchor, in fish, shrimp or mixed form, cut with lime and red onion. Beyond it the kitchen turns out lomo saltado, aji de gallina under yellow chili cream, anticuchos de corazon with potato and corn, tallarin saltado, jalea mixta and arroz chaufa with seafood.
