Seven in the evening, every night, a sushi truck in Medley opens its window for all-you-can-eat. Thirty-five dollars buys five appetizers and free rein over more than fourteen rolls. Start with sushi pizza on crunchy rice, salmon coquitos, bocaditos aloha, crispy nigiri topped with tuna tartare, gyozas, wakame and neptuno salad. Then work through the signature rolls: Miami Heat with shrimp tempura and flambeed salmon, Maui Tempura under dynamite topping, Osaka with crispy shrimp and fuji sauce, plus Hawaiian, Ohana and Kuko's. Classics like California, Alaska and the dragon roll hold the line. Big volume, fair value, and real skill.
