New Haven pizza transplanted to Hobe Sound, where the dough ferments at least twenty-four hours before it ever meets the oven. The family has been cooking since 1992, first in Connecticut, and has been on SE Bridge Road for well over a decade. Pies come out of the oven thin and crisp. The kitchen also turns out veal Angelina with hot peppers, sausage and roasted red peppers, penne alla vodka in a creamy pink sauce, and clams Calabrese. Co-owner Kasia trained at Le Cordon Bleu and keeps the wine list. Old recipes, made to order, one table at a time.
