Tucked into the Sponge Exchange plaza on Dodecanese Boulevard, steps from the Tarpon Springs sponge docks, Anclote Brew pairs twenty craft taps and a full liquor bar with a kitchen built almost entirely around grilled cheese. Sandwiches stack mozzarella, American and cheddar, some with bacon, most improved by the house Fire & Ice pickles; the Cuban layers slow-roasted pork, smoked turkey, salami and Swiss on Cuban bread. Galley Grub covers beer cheese with a jumbo soft pretzel, chips and dip trios and sliders. Seven-inch Pirate Pizzas and charcuterie boards round it out.
