Anyday works a rare angle on Glades Road: Spanish-leaning tapas built for people who read labels. The kitchen is entirely seed-oil free, leans organic and local, and runs from morning coffee to late dinner. Mornings bring chicken and waffles, French toast, acai bowls and a European breakfast platter; afternoons pan con tomate y boquerones, shrimp saganaki and tenderloin skewers; evenings garlic chili shrimp, blistered shishito peppers, filet mignon skewers and branzino under tarragon beurre blanc.
