The signature version arrives loaded with a fried egg, bacon, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and a mayo-ketchup blend, and it sets the tone for everything else. Beyond it sit pepito especial, carne mechada, pabellón, tequeños, empanadas, soups and natural fruit juices, with straight burgers for anyone unconvinced. Two Orlando locations, in Lake Nona and Waterford Lakes, keep daytime hours, taking orders in person and online. Portions are generous and the corn is the point.
