Venezuelan street food in Miami, built around the Super Tico, the house arepa that anchors the entire menu. Simpler versions carry beef, chicken, or ham and cheese; the llanera goes bigger, and two more arrive stuffed with fried white cheese. Tequenos, salchipapas and empanadas of chicken, beef, ham and cheese or pabellon Super Tico fill out the sides, with an extra portion of fried cheese for anyone committed. Passionfruit or mango juice, or a malta, to wash it down. The corn cakes reach you hot and heavy. Not a long menu by any measure, but it is a well-argued one.
