A dinner-only sushi house on State Road 436, opening at five and running later on weekends. The sushi bar does the talking: spicy tuna volcano, tuna and salmon tataki, escolar sashimi in spicy ponzu, minced salmon tartare with pine nuts, sunomono of conch, shrimp and octopus. From the hot side come gyoza, tempura, soft shell crab, edamame and yakitori, with hibachi and teriyaki plates of beef, chicken, shrimp and salmon for anyone skipping raw fish. Specialty rolls run deep, chirashi and sashimi combinations scale up to shared platters, and tempura banana ends it. Honest Japanese cooking, priced for a weeknight.
