AROUND THE WORLD CAFE BAKERY – Restaurant

In Indialantic, a family-run cafe where the pastry case does most of the selling - cakes, savory and sweet pastries, everything baked on site. Breakfast runs to closing: crepes sweet and filled, omelettes including the Greek and the Roy, and salads that go well past lettuce, one heaping spinach with strawberry, mango, walnuts, feta and grilled chicken. Soups, coffee and tea round it out, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free versions run right across the menu. Live guitar sometimes turns up. Tuesday through Sunday, mornings into the early afternoon, then the doors close. Diners say the plates justify the prices, repeatedly.
