Charcoal, waterfront, Argentina. Since 2013 this Royal Palm Beach parrilla has cooked over live fire on Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, and the cuts are the point: ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, and chorizo pulled straight off the coals. Around them sit milanesas, empanadas, pastas and burgers, with flan and almond lemon cake to finish. The property carries more than one mood, between a dining room by the water, a sports bar, a tiki bar outside, and live music at weekends. Dinner Tuesday through Thursday, midday onward Friday to Sunday, closed Mondays. Come for the grill; nobody rushes anyone here.
