Carne asada and churrasco come off the fire with real char; chuleta encebollada arrives buried under onions; costilla de cerdo frita is fried until the edges crackle. There is a Central American accent running through it too, in pupusa con chicharron and yuca con chicharron. Camarones al ajillo and arroz con camarones cover the seafood, sopa de res the days you want a bowl instead. Tacos de pollo are there for something lighter. Latin grilling at Little Havana prices, done entirely without ceremony.
