Sebastian's slice shop on US Highway 1, going since 2006 and entirely comfortable in that role. Whole pies come classic or specialty, with gluten-free bases for anyone who needs them, and there is usually something ready if you only want a single slice. Beyond pizza the kitchen turns out calzones and strombolis, hot and cold subs, wraps, salads, pasta plates and a kids' menu, finishing with tiramisu and other Italian desserts. Eat in, take it away, or order ahead online. Doors open at eleven Tuesday through Sunday, running to nine at weekends. Closed Mondays. Neighbourhood pizzeria, no pretence at all.
