The pool grill at the St. Regis Longboat Key, and the most relaxed table on a very polished property: open-air, barefoot-adjacent, running daily from eleven until half five. Aura reads Latin America through the Gulf, with beef barbacoa tacos, grouper served with mojito tartar, marinated tomatoes and a fennel-apple salad, and guacamole that arrives with tortilla chips plus crispy plantains and cassava chips. Tequila and mezcal tastings sit alongside tropical cocktails, and a separate menu is served at the Vilebrequin Pool and Cabana Club. Dress is casual, music follows the food. Lunch with your feet still sandy from the beach.
