AYOKI LLC – Restaurant

A small Japanese express counter on State Road 54, Ayoki keeps three lanes running at once: hibachi, teriyaki and poke. Hibachi plates come with fried rice or noodles and a choice of ginger salad, miso or clear soup. The poke side is the interesting part, with an ahi tuna bowl under masago and wonton crisps, a tropical salmon bowl carrying mango and sweet pineapple chili sauce, and a tofu vegan bowl. Ramen comes shoyu miso or tonkotsu, with pork chashu and a soft egg. Gyoza, krab rangoon and shrimp tempura open; boba tea closes. Closed Mondays, and otherwise open late.
