LUCILLE'S BAD TO THE BONE BBQ – Restaurant

A pit kitchen in the Fountains plaza on Boynton Beach Boulevard, working slow and low all day. Half racks come baby back or St. Louis-cut, sauced and set down with two sides and a corn muffin. Hawg Heaven for Two piles quarter chicken, ribs, pulled pork, chopped brisket and pulled chicken onto one platter; the baked mac and cheese arrives crowned with fried chicken tenders. Sides run to creamed spinach, sweet potato fries and slaw. Regulars come for the rib tenderness and stay for the early bird. Barbecue with no ceremony and plenty of napkins.
