Shaved ice, but engineered: the ice is spun so fine it carries flavor instead of shedding it, then built into a Sno from a list running past a hundred gourmet syrups, sugar-free ones included. Add Tropic Creme for a milky finish, or take the mango chili salt chamoy route if sweet alone feels dull. Beyond the ice there are Island Smoothies in cream and fruit blends, Red Bull Infusions, Bahama Sodas mixed with the same syrups, and Buck's Bowls under strawberries, banana, nut-free granola, coconut and honey. The chain started in Lubbock, Texas in 1990. Orlando gets the tropical version.
