MISTER HOT DOG #1 – American

An Orlando Venezuelan grill that treats the hot dog as a platform rather than a snack. The house build layers onions, coleslaw, corn, potato sticks and cheese over the frank; the Street Dog adds bacon and avocado, and the Mr Tequedog wraps the whole idea in tequeño. Hamburgers run from the American Style up to the three-protein Mister Burger and a Wagyu version, while pepitos, pork pernil sandwiches, traditional cachapas and simple-to-triple parrillas with chorizo and fried yuca fill out the board. Tequeños, cheese-and-bacon fries, malta and papelón to drink. Evenings only, and worth the wait.
