Thai cooking on Apalachee Parkway, run by a family kitchen that moved here from South Monroe and dropped the old buffet in favour of made-to-order plates. Pad thai is what most people arrive for, and the portions have a reputation for outlasting one sitting. Beyond it: drunken noodles, pad see ew, red curry, tom yum, tom kha thick with chicken, mushrooms and lemongrass, and pineapple fried rice served in the shell. Heat is dialled to whatever level you ask for, and vegetarian versions run right through the menu. Noon to nine, Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. Unshowy, and reliably consistent.
