BAIOCCO – Restaurant
The MiMo colonial house on Biscayne Boulevard that opened as Osteria Baiocco now trades as Dimmi, same address, same phone, same partnership between Milanese restaurateur David Ranucci and chef Pino Bottiglieri. Central Italian cooking is still the point: the Roman pasta canon of carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana and gricia, alongside tagliolini Milanese with saffron, porcini agnolotti in truffle butter, baked eggplant parmigiana, Maryland blue crab cake and a grass-fed tomahawk. Roughly forty seats inside, plus a terrace and a white-colonnaded patio. Dinner nightly from six; Sunday opens late morning. Reservations by phone. The name changed. The kitchen did not.
