BAMBOO WOK – Restaurant

The Liu siblings brought New York-style Chinese cooking south in 2001, and this Coconut Creek storefront on West Hillsboro Boulevard is one of three they run. The Sun Sentinel named the family's operation Best Chinese Food Take Out. Chef's specialties carry the kitchen: sesame chicken, general tso's, orange beef, szechuan shrimp and chicken, triple crown, four season, happy family, seafood delight and house special pan-fried noodles. A diet menu steams everything without oil, salt or starch, sauce on the side. Elsewhere, moo shu arrives with pancakes and there is a bamboo wok special chow mein. Closed Tuesdays; weekends run later.
