Bambu Pan Asian Kitchen (Boca) – Restaurant

The Boca Raton room of a kosher pan-Asian kitchen, tucked on NW 20th Street and cooking Chinese classics under kosher supervision. Start with pastrami egg rolls, edamame, chicken lettuce wraps or wings glazed general tso's, honey garlic or buffalo. The dim sum list is unusually long for a kosher house: chicken shumai, crystal duck dumplings, steamed pastrami buns, beef gyoza. Mains run through orange beef, crispy beef, Mongolian chicken, eggplant in garlic sauce and tofu done four ways, with pad thai, Singapore noodles and rice bowls behind them. Catering goes out by the half pan. Closed Saturdays; Friday, lunch only.
