Miami's Aussie brewpub sits on Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables, brewing on site and pouring a rotating board that leans Southern Hemisphere, an Australian sparkling ale and a crisp Mexican-style lager among them. The kitchen is no afterthought. Wings get a twenty-four-hour pickle brine before hitting sauces from burnt scallion salsa to bourbon mustard and honey.
