Winfield Plaza's whole-animal butcher keeps a kitchen running behind the case, and the sandwiches have become as much of a draw as the meat. Pastrami is the headline, served straight or built into a Reuben, alongside a North Shore three-way roast beef, a chopped cheese, corned beef, and mortadella with burrata. The counter changes often and things sell out, which is rather the point of butchering whole animals from small Florida farms. Grass-fed beef, heritage pork and air-chilled poultry fill the case, plus house charcuterie. Limited counter seating and a few tables inside. Open Tuesday to Saturday, closing at six.
