Ocala's Beef 'O' Brady's runs the chain's family sports-pub template: screens angled at every seat, a full bar, and a menu wide enough that nobody at the table has to compromise. The wings lead, made fresh to order in Signature Buffalo, Mango Hamanera, Mr Bing Chili Crisp or a Lemon Pepper rub, with celery and blue cheese on request. Then Angus burgers, the Original Reuben on grilled rye, hand-breaded pickle chips, street tacos, Fish 'N' Chips and a sirloin cooked to order. Pickup, delivery and catering are all on offer. Call ahead for hours; the kitchen keeps its own rhythm.
