OCALA'S CHOCOLATE & CONFECTIONS – Restaurant
Just off the downtown square, a small shop where the chocolate is tempered and moulded on the premises rather than bought in - owners Keith and KerryAnn work with European couverture and have done for years. The counter runs to assorted truffles, fudge, brittles and caramel corn, and there is ice cream too, scooped into milkshakes and banana splits for people wandering back from the square. Chocolate fountains and corporate orders go out from the same kitchen. A proper confectioner, not a gift shop with a shelf.
