Wings lead, made to order and tossed in a dozen sauces from signature Buffalo to bourbon glaze, or five dry rubs including lemon pepper and chili lime. Then burgers, a pressed Tampa Cuban, Philly cheesesteaks, buffalo chicken wraps, street tacos, comfort bowls, beer-battered fish and chips, quesadillas, artisan pizzas and hand-breaded chicken tenders. Kids have their own list, with a treat. Straight-ahead Citrus County dining.
