A halal Lebanese bakery and deli on South Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, open nine to eight every day of the week, working a hot oven from morning. Manakeesh are the anchor: zaatar with olive oil and sesame, the three-cheese blend, zaatar topped with labneh, tomato, cucumber and olives, muhammara, or cheese with house-made sujuk. Around them sit mezza and appetizers, family platters, oven-toasted wraps, salads, and Lebanese sweets including knefeh and baklava. Prices mostly stay in single figures. Regulars keep returning for the zaatar-and-labneh flatbread and for the sheer freshness. Village baking, translated whole and intact to central Florida.
