BEN'S KOSHER DELI – Restaurant
Ben's carried its Queens delicatessen manners south to Clint Moore Road, and the Boca Raton dining room seats 242 with a party room for another fifty-six. The corned beef is pickled on the premises and so is the tongue. Overstuffed sandwiches come on rye with pickles: pastrami, extra-lean brisket, silver tip roast beef, smoked turkey, hard salami. Around them sit fried kreplach with sauteed onions, chopped liver, homemade stuffed derma, potato pancakes with apple sauce, round knishes filled with potato, kasha or spinach, and the stuffed cabbage the house is named for. The Earthly Eats menu covers plant-based diners too.
