BESTEA – Restaurant
A boba shop that grew a sushi bar, tucked into City Plaza on Alafaya Trail in Oviedo. Nothing is made before you order it. The kitchen runs ramen, tonkotsu and shoyu, Sapporo miso and a vegetable bowl, alongside rice bowls of curry, teriyaki, gyu don, eel don, chirashi and chashu fried rice, plus shrimp tempura udon. Sushi covers nigiri by the piece through classic rolls and house creations. Drinks are the other half: handcrafted milk teas, brewed lattes, fruit slushes, shaved ice. Happy hour pairs chashu fried rice with any drink, and you are welcome to bring your own wine.
