BETH'S BURGER BAR – Restaurant

Beth wanted a burger built exactly her way, so she built the restaurant. Both Orlando rooms run the same three-step drill: pick a protein - single, double, triple, turkey, veggie, Beyond, chicken tender or the quarter-pound Big Dog - then pile on white cheddar mac, Cheetos, frickles or a fried egg. Signature builds do the thinking for you: peanut butter burger with A1 and grilled onions, black and bleu, pizza burger, jalapeno cheese crunch. Sides run to tater tots, garlic parm fries, fried okra and cheddar curds. Fridges hold dozens of beers. Doors open at eleven, seven days a week.
