Chef JP cooked in hotels and restaurants for eighteen years, then worked a food truck alone until the brand grew into a bricks and mortar burger shop. The Miami Smash layers double patties with maduro and potato sticks; the Island Smash swaps in roasted pineapple, roasted jalapeno, bbq sauce and fried onions. Queso frito stands in for buns if you want it that way. Loaded fries come piled with chopped smash meat or fried chicken, and milkshakes run Oreo, guava, colada and vanilla. A cortadito closes it out.
