BILLY'S CAFE – Restaurant
A breakfast-and-lunch counter on US 441 that opens at seven and locks up at two, run the way a diner should be. The plates are numbered: the 1-1-1 pairs a thin European pancake with an egg and a sausage; the 2-2-2 stacks eggs, bacon and toast over home fries. Corned beef hash arrives with two eggs and toast. Omelets come cheese, veggie or meat, always with home fries. There is a Tex-Mex corner — breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros with avocado — and Drew's Corner, holding an artichoke-and-avocado omelet and a grilled chicken romaine wrap. Regulars still come for the portions.
