BILMAR STATION #2 – Restaurant

A Town 'n Country corner bar that has held down West Hillsborough Avenue since 2001, and wings are what it is built on — traditional or boneless, ordered five at a time or fifty, tossed in sauce or dusted with a dry rub. The rest of the board is unapologetic bar food: fried pork rinds in Cajun, jerk, lemon pepper or garlic parmesan; cheesy love triangles of fried provolone with marinara; fried mushrooms with house ranch; southwest eggrolls packed with chicken, spinach, corn and black bean. Full liquor behind the bar, a hundred-odd import and domestic beers, twenty on draft.
