Sitting on West International Speedway Boulevard, this Daytona Beach brewhouse runs a long day, eleven in the morning until midnight, seven days a week. The kitchen is known for deep-dish pizza built thick and slow, plus a menu that stretches to shrimp scampi, New Orleans jambalaya, parmesan-crusted chicken and slow-roasted tri-tip. Starters lean shareable: boneless wings, crispy calamari, deep dish nachos, a big twist pretzel with beer cheese. The bar pours the house lineup, HopStorm IPA, Oasis Amber, Brewhouse Blonde, plus handcrafted root beer for the designated driver. Race weekend or ordinary Tuesday, the warm Pizookie still closes the table.
