A Lakeland coffee company that grew into a proper bistro, and now runs several cafes across the city: the busy downtown flagship on Main Street, a library-side room at Lake Morton with a breezy patio, a newer South Lakeland cafe and one inside Lakeland Regional Health. Mornings belong to buttermilk biscuit sandwiches, praline bacon with egg souffle, jalapeno popper, hot honey with sausage. Later come pressed ciabatta sandwiches, roast beef and gouda, banh mi with pickled vegetables, harvest mushroom, plus tartines and yogurt bowls. Locally roasted coffee anchors every one of them. Their own phrase for it: your anytime place.
